Science and Technology for Canadians

Thank you to all who took part in National Science
and Technology Week 2012.

This year over 600 activities took place across Canada.

Join us for NSTW 2013, which will take place
October 18-27.

NSTW 2012

National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) raises awareness about the importance of science and technology in today’s world--celebrating Canada’s historic and ongoing role as a leader in innovation. The Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation is the national coordinator for NSTW, leading its Steering Committee.

Come celebrate science and technology with over 100 organizations and thousands of Canadians from October 12th to 21st, 2012! We invite you to join the activities, or even host an event that promotes science and technology in your community.

Plan an Event

Host your own NSTW events and activities! Any event with a focus on science or technology that educates and interests Canadians is a valuable part of this celebration. To register your activity, simply complete the online form [closed]. Information about your events and activities will then be displayed on the map and included in the official event list.

Also take part in the official NSTW Launch Event! Join thousands of Canadians in establishing a new Guinness World Record for the Largest Practical Science Lesson.
