Contribue au mandat d'Environnement Canada qui est de veiller à ce que les espèces sauvages soient conservées et protégées

• Étude des effets des contaminants persistants sur la reproduction, la survie et la santé de la faune
• Étudie les tendances spatiales et temporelles des polluants organiques persistants (POP) chez la faune
• Étudie les effets des pesticides et contaminants environnementaux utilisés actuellement sur les reptiles
• Fait le lien avec le taux de mutation chez les cormorans à aigrettes exposés par voie aérienne aux hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP)
